Jerame Owens picked-up another Hawk of the Week honor in his final season of collegiate basketball at Hilbert. 

The 6-6 forward averaged 17.3 points and 10.7 rebounds along with 2.6 assists and 1.6 steals as his Hawks went 2-1 on the week in AMCC play.  Owens sank 22-34 field goal attempts (.647 percent) and went 8-for-10 at the charity stripe.

The Spencerport, NY native opened the week hitting 6-of-7 shots and making all five free throw attempts while dishing five assists and grabbing nine rebounds in the Hawks victory over Bradford.   He followed that up with another 17-point game in the double-digit win against La Roche Saturday.  Owens was more aggressive in the paint in the final contest as he pulled down 15 rebounds and scored 18 points as well as hustling to four steals in Hilbert’s first league loss to Altoona.
