Lillee Gould

Lillee Gould joins the Hilbert Sports Medicine team after being announced as Assistant Athletic Trainer in June of 2026

Lillee earned her Master of Science in Athletic Training from the University at Buffalo in May 2026, following completion of her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion with a concentration in Health Fitness from Daemen University in 2024. Through a diverse range of clinical rotations and hands-on experiences, she has developed a strong foundation in injury evaluation, rehabilitation, and evidence-based patient care across multiple levels of athletics.

Most recently, Lillee completed an immersive clinical experience with Big 12 football at the University of Colorado Boulder, where she supported injury evaluation, return-to-play progression, and daily medical operations in a high-performance collegiate environment. Additional experience includes Division I football at the University at Buffalo, Division III athletics at Hilbert College and Alfred University, and secondary school athletics at St. Francis High School. Across these settings, she has demonstrated the ability to manage treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation, collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary staff, and perform confidently in high-pressure situations, including emergency care scenarios.

In addition to her collegiate and scholastic experience, Lillee has contributed to professional and community-based initiatives, including assisting with Buffalo Bills OTAs and mini camp and participating in the NHL Officials Combine. She holds certifications in CPR/AED, first aid, concussion management, and emergency response, reflecting her commitment to athlete safety and comprehensive care. Lillee is passionate about preventative medicine, performance optimization, and delivering high-quality healthcare to diverse athletic populations.

Lillee returns to Hilbert College to begin her professional career as an assistant athletic trainer, bringing both familiarity with the institution and a strong commitment to supporting our student athletes.
