Hilbert College Athletics

Julia Dorr joined Cal Crosby's women's volleyball staff at the start of the 2025 season and returned for the spring 2026 semester as the men's assistant coach.  

The Clifton Park, N.Y. native graduated from Norwich University in 2023 with a degree in Architecture after playing three seasons for the Cadets (2019, 2021, 2022).  The 5-6 defensive specialist appeared in 113 sets and graduated with 166 digs (1.47 d/s).

Dorr earned her master's in sustainability leadership from the University at Buffalo and currently works as a sustainability manager for Darien Lake Amphitheater.
