Molly Devine returns to the sidelines in 2017 as an assistant coach to Marissa Dauria after serving as the program's interim head coach during the 2016 season.
The Chicago native joined the women’s lacrosse program in the fall, 2015 as the department’s graduate assistant coach assigned to assist with all facets of running the women’s lacrosse program. With the sudden departure of the Hawks’ head coach in January 2016, Devine was promoted to the interim head coaching role.
Devine, a December 2013 Loras College graduate, recently served as an assistant coach for the Duhawks women’s lacrosse team and as a graphic designer at the Dubuque, Iowa institution. Devine was a member of the inaugural Loras women’s lacrosse team and served as a team captain while anchoring the defense unit.Â
Devine is a first-time New York resident will continue her studies in Hilbert’s Master of Public Administration degree program with an expected graduation date of May 2017.
Devine graduated with a double major from Loras with a Communication Media Studies and an Art and Digital Design degree.
