Caroline Krupa joined the Hilbert College Women’s Lacrosse staff as an assistant coach in the fall of 2023 completing coach Emily Pasternak’s staff. Pasternak and Krupa will restart the women’s lacrosse program which has been dormant since the spring of 2020.
In addition to her role at Hilbert, Krupa, owner of CK Fitness., will continue to assist her clients in their health, wellness, and quality of life as their personal trainer.
Krupa began her coaching career in 2020, at the conclusion of her four-year career at the University of Montevallo, an NCAA Division II institution located in Montevallo, AL. She served as an assistant coach with the Stampede Lacrosse organization and the Nichols School in addition to interning at the Lax Manix, LLC (Fla) as an undergraduate student-athlete.
Krupa earned her bachelor’s degree in 2020 from the University of Montevallo and her master’s degree in exercise science from the University of Buffalo in 2023.
