Don McFeely returns for his tenth season as an assistant coach in 2021. He continues to serve as the pitching coach for the Hawks' softball program.
The Hamburg native spends his time in retirement as the assistant modified softball coach at Brocton Central where he supports his daughter, the head coach. Additionally, McFeely coaches the Hamburg Xtreme 14u softball team and continues to provide pitching instruction in the Western New York region.
The 1970 Canisius College graduate is currently an active member of the Scranton Volunteer Fire Company after retiring from 41 years of service to the Buffalo Fire Department where, in his final 25-years, he served as a Fire Chief in the city.
