Audra Marley was introduced as Dan Opera’s assistant softball coach in November 2023.
Opera and Marley are very familiar with each other, as Marley was a star player for Opera during his tenure at Medaille University.
Marley was a four-year starter at Medaille from 2020-2023, playing 3B and outfield for the Mavs. Opera describes her as one of the smartest players he ever coached.
“She always put maximum effort in practice and games whether she was in the field, at the plate, or on the bases, and I believe she will be able to bring that same excitement to the Hawks softball team this 2024 season,” said Opera.
