Head coach Calvin Crosby completed his 2020 coaching staff when he announced that Scott Kleinhans was joining the program as an assistant men’s volleyball coach.
Kleinhans brings over 15-years of leadership skills and coaching experience to the Hawks and completes Crosby’s coaching staff as they head into their inaugural year on the sideline.
The Lockport, NY native graduated with a bachelor’s of business management degree from the State University of New York Empire State College in 2011 and immediately began his professional career managing departments while leading, empowering and coaching customers in personal fitness.
Kleinhans coaching career began shortly after graduating from high school and led to multiple stints as the Boys Lockport Volleyball Club coach, from 2012 to 2014 before he moved to Georgia. While in the Peach State, he coached both the Club Savannah Volleyball and the Crown City Club Volleyball teams before returning to WNY and to the Lockport Volleyball Club in 2019.
