Hilbert College Athletics

Brandon Bitka completed coach Carbery's coaching staff in 2022-23.  After navigating a pandemic-reduced career on the turf for the Hawks, Bitka returned to the sidelines to motivate, teach and share his passion for the game.

The Amherst High School graduate was a four-year member of the men's lacrosse program and helped lead them to two North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) post-season tournaments.

Bitka appeared in 26 games, scored 24 goals, added 14 assists (40 points) while scooping 20 ground balls and causing six turnovers.  He missed his 2020 sophomore champagne due to injury, started all four games in the 2021 Covid-reduced schedule and flourished his senior year earning 23 points.

Bitka, the Hawks' representative on the 2022 NEAC All-Sportsmanship team, graduated with a sports management degree from Hilbert and is pursuing his Master's in Sport Administration Canisius University,
