Hilbert College Athletics

Dan Roland’s tenure in the Professional Studies Division at Hilbert has transcended four decades.
His coursework includes: Financial Accounting, Cost accounting, Managerial Accounting, Principles of Management, Marketing Management, Project Management, Small Business Management, Sport Event Management, and Organizational Behavior.

Roland is the Hilbert College Enactus Sam Walton Fellow, Faculty Advisor and President of the Hilbert Chapter of Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society, and Co-Advisor of the Hilbert College Rotaract Club.

In addition to his collegiate experience, Roland has served as an Executive Director in the non-profit sector for more than 20 years.  Having previously served as Director of the Clarence Youth Center, he is currently the Director of the Recreation Department for the Town of Newstead.

In the athletic arena, Roland has held the role of Head Coach and Assistant Coach for baseball, football, and softball.  He has also coordinated, and/or participated in, numerous sport events to benefit non-profit causes including: JDRF, RPCI, Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo, and WNY Heroes.
