Hailey Lucas transitions into her first assistant athletic trainer position after earning her master's degree from Pennsylvania Western University in 2024 and her undergraduate degree in health science from California University of Pennsylvania. 

While completing her master's degree, Lucas was assigned to the football, men's basketball, track & field, and women's lacrosse sport programs at Buffalo State University. The Lockport, NY native helped the Bengals' head athletic trainer in all aspects of a competitive Division III sports medicine program. During her undergraduate semesters, Lucas supported the football, women's volleyball, women's swinging and baseball programs at California University while also working at The Orthopedic Group (Penn Highlands), NovaCare Physical Therapy and Brownsville High School.
