Hilbert College Athletics

Dr. Rylee Haffey joined the Hilbert College Athletic family in June 2024 to serve as the Head Athletic Trainer.  She  directs the Sports Medicine team responsible for the overall well-being and health of each student-athlete.  Additionally, she ensures that each student-athletes is provided with the highest level of care while following the code of ethics set forth by the NATA. 

Haffey most recently served as an assistant athletic trainer at Lincoln University (MO) providing the Division II athletics program with elite–level health care that incorporated evaluation, manual therapy techniques, functional movement assessment and return to play protocols.

She also acted as a mentor for the exercise science, undergraduate and internship students. Before heading to the Midwest, Haffey worked for one year at Excelsior Orthopaedics (Buffalo) as an Urgent Care Athletic Trainer. 

The Western New York native was awarded an exercise science degree in 2020 and a master's in athletic training from the University of Buffalo. She earned her Doctor of Athletic Training from Indiana State University in 2023.
