Returning Hilbert Student-Athlete Forms
THREE AREAS TO COMPLETE BEFORE RULED ELIGIBLE TO PRACTICE:
1. NCAA Compliance -
Each athlete will receive an e-mail from no-reply@ncaa.org with the Subject: NCAA Compliance Forms
Each athlete will receive a Login ID, a Temporary Password as well as a link to access the Compliance Forms
PLEASE log-into your Hilbert.edu e-mail address
All Forms should be completed online prior to the 2023 fall compliance meeting dates.
