2023-24 junior ... AMCC Academic All-Conference team .... All-Conference Runner ....  named Hawk of the Week, Oct 2 ... ran every race for the Hawks this fall... set PR in 5K at Canisius Alumni  (23:16.3) and 6K at AMCC Championship race (28:10.61) ....season results

2022-23 sophomore  ....AMCC Academic All-Conference team....  named AMCC Runner of the Week, Sep 12... competed in every race this year... had Hilbert's fastest time in the Daemen Invite... in the championship 6k finished with a time of 28:40.6... season results

2021-22 freshman  ... given the team's Most Valuable Player award ....  AMCC Academic All-Conference and AMCC Individual Peak Performer (3.5 gpa)  ... helped Hawks earn the program's 7th AMCC Team Peak Performer Award by earning highest team GPA in 9-member league (3.73) ... Earned AMCC All-Conference Honors with a Top 15 Finish at the AMCC Championship Race ....named Hawk of the Week, Nov 1 ....competed in all eight events  ... led the Hawks in seven races ... opened season with 27:25.69 at Daniel Walker 5K and then dropped to 23:21.00 at the Meghan Memorial ... dropped three minutes off the 6K AMCC Championship course from start of season (34:03.76) to a 9th place finish at the Championship (31:07.92) ... season results
