NEW CASTLE, PA- Hilbert College Men's Golf began play today at the Westminster Invite hosted at the Avalon Field Club. A trio of Hawks competed in a field of 89 golfers from 13 different schools.

Alex Rumfola led the way for the Hawks with a 99 to place 85th, while Sam Platt (115) and Josh Magda (125) finished 88th and 89th, respectively.

Pitt Bradford led the pack with a 306 (+18) while Chase Hartnett of the Panthers won the individual medal with an even-par 72.

The Hawks return to action this upcoming weekend as the team travels to Penhills Club for the Pitt-Bradford Invite beginning on Saturday at 1 pm.
