BUFFALO, N.Y. – Hilbert Men's Volleyball traveled for another AMCC contest, this time to cross-town rival Buffalo State University.
The Hawks were pinned back on defensive most of the night as the league-leading Bengals recorded a 3-0 victory and stayed undefeated in conference play.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Buffalo State set the pace in the game as they recorded double digit kills in all three sets.
- The Hawks finished with eight kills set and two total blocks yet gave away seven points in service errors in their closest scoring set a 25-16 result.
- Hilbert tacked on seven kills in set two but committed six hitting errors while finishing with five digs.
- The bright spot in the final set were the four service aces, three earned by D'Andrea, and Brad Converse's solo block

Hilbert concludes their regular season with a pair of conference road conference games this weekend. The Hawks will face Penn State Behrend (3-1) on Friday, April 4th then travel to Pittsburgh to take on the winless Carlow University Celtics (0-16) Saturday.
The top four teams advance to the AMCC Championship Tournament which will be hosted by the No. 1 seeded team, which right now looks like Buffalo State. Currently, at the time of this recap, the Hawks sit in a three-way tie with Penn State Altoona and Mount Aloysius College for third and fourth place.
