HAMBURG, N.Y. – The Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference released the 2025 Men's Soccer Postseason honors this morning and a pair of Hilbert Hawks were recognized as All-Conference selections.
Senior Midfielder
Carter Burke (Rockland, MA/Rockland) was placed on the second team, while junior defender
Cam Murdie (Buffalo, NY/Kenmore West) was named to the third team.
Alfred State's Henry Leahy was named Offensive Player of the Year, Martin Donner (Mount Aloysius) and Anthony Scalise (Penn State Behrend) shared Co-Defensive Player of the Year Honors, La Roche's Abdul Basit Suleman earned Newcomer of the Year, and Chris Ralph (Penn State Behrend) was named Coach of the Year.
Burke, a two-time AMCC Third-Team honoree, earned his first Second-Team nod after a historic season that saw him break multiple program records. The senior midfielder started all 14 games for the Hawks and recorded seven goals and seven assists for 21 points on the season. Burke finished conference play top ten in the AMCC in both goals and points and finished third in the AMCC in points per game (1.50) overall. In his final season with the Hawks, Burke become the program's all-time assists and points leader, finishing with 21 and 75, respectively. Burke recorded multiple points in four of the team's eight conference games, including goals in three of the last four games.
Murdie earned AMCC Third-Team honors for a second straight season after posting career highs in goals (six) and points (13) this fall. Murdie, a junior defender, opened the scoring three times for the Hawks in conference play, while also providing the team with a game-winning goal against Keuka in non-league action. As a defender, he finished 11
th in the AMCC in goals (three) and 20
th in points (six). This season also saw Murdie break into the program's top ten in shots and shots per game.
