STATE COLLEGE, Pa. –
Gabe Prohaska capped off his collegiate golf career on a high note at the 2025 AMCC Men's Golf Championship, held at Toftrees Golf Resort. The Hilbert College senior, competing in his fourth AMCC tournament, shot a 77 in the final round and became the first golfer in program history to earn All-Tournament honors, finishing in the Top 5 individually while also setting a new program record with lowest AMCC 2-day score (153).
After a challenging front nine, Prohaska rallied on the back nine, firing a 35 with two birdies and one bogey.
The Hilbert Hawks placed seventh as a team in the two-day event.
Joe Madden rebounded with a personal-best 88, while
Alex Rumfola (90) and
Spencer Harford (102) each notched a birdie on the ninth hole.
Harley Hoag also contributed to the team's efforts.
Mount Aloysius College claimed its first-ever AMCC men's golf title, shooting an impressive 302 on Day 2. Josh Nicholl of Mount Aloysius was crowned the individual medalist.

Mount Aloysius received the AMCC's automatic bid to the 2026 NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship, scheduled for May 12–15, 2026, at Mission Resort + Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida.
