HAMBURG, N.Y. - The Athletics Department is pleased to announce the Hilbert College Athletes of the Week for September 16, 2024. 

Shemia Clark (Football) and Jessee Jonathan (Women's Volleyball) are being recognized for their athletic performances that led to their team's success last week. 

Sophomore Shemia Clark (Syracuse, NY/Nottingham) led the Hawks rushing against cross-town rival Buffalo State University this weekend at Coyer Field.  The 5-10 running back averaged 3.2 yards per carry with the longest run of 21.  He rushed 19 times with a gain of 67 yards with only seven yards lost. 

Jessee Jonathan (Basom, NY/Akron) earned her first Hawk of the Week honor today after lifting the Hawks volleyball team through four matches at the Oswego State Invitational this weekend.  The 5-2 setter put up 49 assists, nine kills hitting .500 while also adding three service aces and 22 digs.
