Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 ALTOONA, Pa. - The Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference regular season schedule opened today and the Hawks from Hilbert traveled to central Pa. to battle Franciscan University and Penn State Altoona today.

Franciscan won the neutral site contest in three straight sets.  The Lady Barons rushed to 25 score first out-distancing Hilbert who tallied 12, 15, and 18 points over the three sets. The Hawks fell to the league leaders who jumped into first place with two AMCC wins this weekend after beating D'Youville in three quick sets to open the morning.

Hilbert fell to Penn State Altoona in the final match of the day and fell to 0-2 for the weekend.  The Lions, who also improved to 2-0 in AMCC play, won the match with 25-14, 25-13, 25-9 scores.

Hilbert (0-12) will travel to North Buffalo for a re-match against Medaille College on Wednesday, September 30.
