HAMBURG, N.Y. - The Hilbert College women's volleyball team will travel to Nazareth College today and tomorrow to compete in the eight-team Golden Flyer Invite.

The Hawks open play September 5th at 2pm vs. Medaille College and will end the day at 8pm against Rochester Institute of Technology.  Hilbert's opponents for the second day are predetermined; at 12pm September 6th, Hilbert will battle another cross-town rival, Buffalo State.  The royal and white will complete the tournament against Fredonia State with a 2pm match.

Hilbert opened their 2014 season with two quick wins over NEAC foes Keuka College and Morrisville State on August 30th.  Hilbert then traveled this week to Geneseo State and dropped three hard-fought sets to the undefeated Knights (4-0).

Amanda Binder leads the Hawks with 3.2 kills per set and Morgan Ott is credited with 3.0 assists per set.  Jordan Botsford moves the defense with 2.60.
