Senior Trevor Stark continues to drive the 10-2 Hawks basketball team his final season of play. The three-year starter became the 11th men’s basketball player to join the 1,000 scoring club when he netted 15 points and passed for eight assists in Hilbert’s 75-70 overtime victory against La Roche. With ten minutes remaining in regulation, the Queens native sank a lay-up to hit the plateau and, after the ice was broken, he scored six of the team’s 11 points in overtime to claim the road-win. Stark added another double-digit effort with 14 points, six rebounds and six assists while earning the team’s only block against Penn State Altoona the next day. The southpaw averaged 14.5 points, seven assists, five rebounds and was perfect from the foul line for the 6-1 Hawks.
