Hilbert College Athletics

Junior Jerame Owens garnered a spot on the Hilbert Tip-Off All-Tournament team after he produced big defensive numbers in both games played this weekend.  The Rochester, NY native collected 13 rebounds in Hilbert’s 90-71 victory over Potsdam while he dished for six assists and five blocks.  Owens came up big in the paint in the championship game when he grabbed 12 rebounds and blocked another four shots.  The 6-6 pivot man also scored 10 points and was credited with two steals in the 70-61 loss to Nazareth.
