Larry Morse (Men's Basketball) and Shaheem Ellis (Men's Basketball) are being recognized for their athletic performances that led to their team's success last week. The men's basketball team went 2-0 in a pair of important Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference games with a mid-week win over Alfred State (85-74) before their 78-75 overtime win over Carlow University on Saturday. Both players played a vital role in keeping the Hawks at the top of the AMCC league standings.

Shaheem Ellis (Rochester, NY/Edison Tech) led the Hawks to a pair of victories after tossing in 36 points in two games after notching his 1,000 career point a week ago. He was impressive with a 61.3% FG percentage (11-for-18) effort and an 63.6% performance beyond the arc (7-for-9) while dishing the ball for 6.5 assists in addition to giving the Hawks 18 points per game.
