Tahlia Kosek (South Wales, NY/Iroquois) continues to set standards in the Women's Track and Field program.

The 5-7 multi-event competitor broke one of her previous records while establishing two new ones competing at the University of Rochester Alumni Invite April 7.

She opened the afternoon with a new record in the long jump (4.1M) as the first Hawks to ever leap off the runway. She then sprinted in a grueling 400M hurdle race (1:24.99), again being the first to ever attempt this race. She concluded her day with a 25.71M toss in the javelin, breaking her previous best throw made in the 2023 season.
