Kelsey Schlagenhauf (Oakfield, NY/Oakfield-Alabama) earned her first Hawk of the Week honor after helping the women’s basketball team record their first AMCC victory of the season.
The 5-10 forward averaged 13.5 points, eight rebounds, two assists, and one steal while giving the Hawks 40-minutes per game last week.Â
She tossed in a career 17 points and was credited with nine rebounds in the Hawks 64-48 victory over Pitt-Bradford before closing the week scoring 10 points along with seven rebounds in the 61-51 loss to Carlow.
Schlagenhauf went 12-for-12 from the foul line last week, making six each game, and made her first 3-point shot in her career against Bradford.Â
