Edward Perez (Clifton, NJ/Clifton) averaged an 18-point, 10-rebound double-double to open his junior campaign for the Hawks. 

He tossed in 36 points, hitting 61% from the field and 88% at the foul line, while grabbing 20 rebounds as Hilbert went 1-1 in the Hawks Against Hunger Tip Off Tournament over the weekend. 

Perez’ 21-point, eight-rebound effort helped lift the Hawks to a consolation game victory over Allegheny College after they fell in defeat to the eventual Tip Off champs, Clarkson University when the 6-4 forward recorded 15 points and 12 rebounds.
