Junior Avery Cusack (Fultonville, N.Y./Fonda Fultonville) ran a strong race on a very tough course at the Mounties Invite September 30th.

Cusack passed a number of women in the second half of the 5K race and finished sixth overall as the Hawks went on to win the race. 

Cusack’s 24:11.2 time was impressive because the hill course was the challenging race this fall, and she finished within 20-seconds of her previous fastest time.
