Freshman infielder Alex Ellison was outstanding last in the Hawks sweeps over Fredonia State and La Roche University. The rookie from East Aurora High School logged a pair of three-hit performances to finish the week with a .571 batting average and .625 on base percentage. Ellison ended the week with eight hits, 2RBIs, four runs scored and worked a pair of walks over four games. Defensively, he recorded 11 infield assists and two put outs without making an error from the hot corner.
