Macy Kisner earned her sixth Hawk of the Week honor February 21 and was also named the AMCC Player of the Week.
The academic junior from Staley, NY (Midlakes) strung together back-to-back dominating performances and led the Hawks to a pair of victories in the final week of their regular season schedule. Her 20.5 points, 18.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.0 steals per game contributed to Hilbert’s 51-33 road win at Pitt-Bradford and the 68-58 victory over Mount Aloysius College.
Kisner averaged 38 minutes per game, scored 41 points, hitting 21-of-28 from the charity stripe, and secured 37 rebounds, 13 on the offensive end.
The second-year player was a key contributor when the Hawks established two new women’s basketball single game records in Rebounds (76) and Offensive Rebounds (31) at Pitt-Bradford, February 16. She totaled 20 rebounds (8 offensive) and added 18 points, two blocks and three assists. The 5-9 forward closed the regular season at home scoring 23 points, pulling in 17 rebounds and earned three steals against Mount Aloysius.
