Hilbert College Athletics

Jonathan Wilson powered the baseball team in their opening double header and eared his first career Hawk of the Week honor.

The sophomore infielder went 4-for-7 with two doubles, a home run, three runs batted in and three runs scored in Hilbert’s 23-10 and 13-9 defeats to the College of Staten Island February 29.

Wilson hit the Hawks first home run of the season in Game 1.  That poke knocked in two runs in the fourth inning against the Dolphins.

The Brant, NY (Lakeshore) native got even better as the day progressed.  He went 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles (1 RBI), and scored two runs in the 13-9 8-inning loss.
