Emily Gawlak totaled 46 points, 11 rebounds, seven steals and six assists to average 23 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.5 steals and three assists per game earning her third consecutive Hawk of the Week honor this month.
The South Buffalo native set her new single-game career-high record after scoring 31 points against Greensburg, shooting 64.7-percent from the floor (11-for-17) and sinking all seven free throw attempts. She also dished for a team-high four assists and was credited with four steals as the Hawks rallied back in the second half to earn their 11th league win.
For the week, Gawlak made 17-of-30 shots (56.7-percent) from the floor (3-of-9 beyond the arc) and converted all nine free throw attempts.
She continues to lead the AMCC in scoring with 18.1 points per game.
