Ben Rinehart established his personal record at the AMCC Men’s Cross Country Championship. 

He clipped the finish line in 34:13.9 which was seconds faster than his previous race at the CCOC competition at Seneca Lake State Park in October. 

But Rinehart sliced almost seven minutes off his time on the same 8K course he ran in early September in the Twilight Invite hosted by Penn State Behrend.
