Adam Droz earned his first Hawk of the Week honor in 2018 after he guided his men’s cross country team to a 4th place finish at the Bruce Bridgeman Invitational.

Droz tackled a tough 5-mile course without any push-back and posted a 5th place overall finish in 32:09.83.   

The Watertown, NY native lead the team after the horn went off and never looked back. His resiliency was on full display taking on some pretty challenging hills at the Finger Lakes Community College Newark campus course. 

“He continues to set a great example for his fellow teammates with his outstanding work ethic,” said coach Nick Orlowski.
