Kelsi Ebert continued to pace the women’s basketball team and earned her second Hawk of the Week honor this season.
Ebert collected 39 points, 12 assists, 12 rebounds and five steals as the Hawks split their AMCC games last week. The 5-7 guard averaged 14.9 points, six assists and rebounds and 2.5 steals in Hilbert’s lopsided win over Medaille (72-48) and in the two-point loss at La Roche (58-56).
Ebert become the program’s All Time assists leader against the Redhawks and is only 10 points shy of hitting the magical 1,000-point plateau.
Ebert tallied 24 points, five assists and five steals against Medaille leading the Hawks to their first Buffalo Cup victory this winter. She followed that performance with 15 points, nine rebounds and seven assists at La Roche.
