Hilbert College Athletics

Jeffrey Morgan played his best golf the final eight days of the season and earned his third career Hawk of the Week honor.
The junior from Froniter High School helped carry the Hilbert golf team at the AMCC Championships last weekend.  His two-day 161 at the Avalon Golf Club put him in 20th place overall.

Morgan carded an 83 on the first day and closed-out his final match with a 78, marking the third time in the last four rounds where he matched his personal best.

Additionally, Hilbert’s 676 last weekend shattered the program’s lowest score at the Championships as the 2017 team sliced 20 strokes off the 2015 score and Day Two's round of 328 established a new single round record.
