Megan Lee paced the field of runners at the Experience Evangola Cross Country meet last weekend and her 2nd place finish earned her a Hawk of the Week honor.

The junior from Hamburg coasted with a 25:53 time in the 6K course which will host the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Championship at the end of October.

Lee, who trailed the top runner by 40-seconds, and the other 49 other runners endured the 80 degree heat at Evangola State Park September 16.
