Junior Trevor Stark, despite fighting foul trouble in the opening game of the basketball tournament, averaged 14 points, four assists and three steals to help the men’s basketball team claim their first Tip-Off Tournament championship November 15 and 16. The lefty guard went 5 of 7 from the floor (making three of his four three-point field goal attempts) and finished with four assists in twelve minutes of play in the 93-39 victory over Alfred State. Stark’s quick hands and smart defensive play led to his four steals and 13 points in the Hawks championship game over Utica College.
