Tyler Nicoloff earned his second Hawk of the Week honor as he continues to fuel the men’s lacrosse team’s offensive success.
Nicoloff’s offensive prowess led the Hawks to two big victories last week as he tallied 18 points in two games.
The Hamburg native opened the week with four goals and four assists and was a key contributor in Hilbert's fourth quarter, come-from-behind 13 to 11 victory against Thiel College March 29. He then followed with one goal and nine assists in Hilbert's 28 to 8 victory over Franciscan College April 1.
The junior midfielder currently leads the NEAC league in Points (40), Assists (24) and Man-Up goals (7) and his 16 goals ranks him #8 on the season.
The Hawks, 4-2, lead the NEAC in goals (95), assists (67) and hold a 15.83 goals per game average. Hilbert is second-best in the league with a 9.33 goals against average and 65 in caused turnovers, trailing Keuka College in both categories (8.83 gga/76 cto).
