Hilbert College Athletics

Jerame Owens had a monster championship day scoring 29 points, one-touching offensive put-backs or pulling down a total of 20 rebounds and blocking 3 shots while distributing 5 assists as Hilbert improved to 2-0 after winning the championship game of the Tip-Off Tournament. Averaging 26 minutes per game, the sophomore forward shot 63.3% from the floor, averaged 3.5 assists, 2.5 steals, and 20.5 points with 14 rebounds per game. Hilbert easily defeated Alfred State (93-39) and battled to an 88-80 championship game over Utica College.
