Adam Droz has arrived as a cross country runner for Hilbert College.  With his impressive effort this weekend, the sophomore earned his second consecutive Hawk of the Week honor.

The Watertown, NY native, in only his second year of competitive running, broke the 30-minute mark and most likely set a new 8K record in the Hawks cross country program.  Droz’ 29:40.6 placed him 56th in a field of 145 competitors.

Droz has emerged as a strong and fit runner leading the Hawks to a 14th place finish at the Cross Country Only Competition (CCOC) hosted by William Smith College at Seneca Lake State Park over the weekend.
