Jalen Smith closed his second year with style and earned another Hawk of the Week honor.

The southpaw long-distance shooter helped the Hawks to their third consecutive championship game in 2016.  Smith averaged 21 points off 47% FG shooting while hitting 40% of his three-point attempts.

The Batavia native scored 16 points against the Pitt-Bradford while dishing three assists and grabbing two steals.  One day later, in the AMCC title game, Smith led the Hawks with 26 points and a pair of assists in the loss.

For his efforts, Smith was named to the AMCC All-Tournament team.
