Hilbert College Athletics

Jennifer Colvin continues to pace the women’s soccer team and picked-up her first Hawk of the Week honor this year.

Colvin carried the Hawks to a 3-1 victory over visiting Altoona and provided good defensive coverage in the 1-1 tie against Medaille as Hilbert went undefeated in league play. 

The junior from Alden, NY earned four points as she was credited with both assists to put Hilbert up 2-0 against Altoona.  She added the final marker off a bullet to the back of the net elevating the Hawks to their first AMCC victory of the season. 

The captain’s defensive efforts through the midfield allowed her to feed her forwards with accurate passes and good scoring opportunities in the midweek 1-1 tie against the Mavericks.
